Project description
Artwork transport for an exhibition by artist Fredrik Ramberg at Église Notre-Dame de Quilly, an exceptional and atmospheric venue whose setting felt almost like a scene from a thriller.
Fredrik Ramberg is a Swedish artist born in Stockholm in 1966 and based in Paris since 2009. Specialising in painting and drawing, he studied at the Académie de Port-Royal in Paris, Gerlesborgsskolan in Stockholm, and Swedish universities. His artistic inspiration comes from literature, theatre and contemporary dance. Through his work, Fredrik explores psychological and physical states, capturing moments of anticipation, transformation and uncertainty. His artistic vision reflects a deep appreciation for European culture, human emotions and creative expression.
We packed and loaded the artworks in Paris, transported them to Quilly and delivered them the following day. At the end of the exhibition, we returned to the venue, repacked the works and transported them safely back to Paris.
We worked with Fredrik for many years, particularly on transport projects between Sweden and France. We had previously collaborated at the Swedish Institute in Paris, where he served as the lead technical manager for an exhibition. Fredrik has also worked in technical exhibition roles for Centre Pompidou productions, including as a venue manager credited by Centre Pompidou in 2025.
Thank you, Fredrik, for your friendship, trust and all our years of collaboration.
