Complete storage, exhibition logistics and stand installation services for Bibelo at Maison&Objet Paris in Villepinte.
Bibelo produced designer lamps and was our storage and logistics client. We managed the complete operational cycle for the company: storing its products and exhibition equipment, preparing each shipment, transporting everything from our warehouse to the exhibition venue, building and installing the stand, and making it ready for visitors.
We began with empty walls, prepared and painted the surfaces, installed the decorative elements and equipment, and mounted and connected the lamps.
At the end of each exhibition, we returned to dismantle the stand, carefully repacked the lamps, decorations and equipment, transported everything back from Villepinte and placed the items into storage again. This created one continuous service from the warehouse to the exhibition and back to the warehouse.
Our storage service for Bibelo used a detailed digital inventory. Every stored item was photographed and recorded with information about where it came from, when it entered and left the warehouse, the number of pieces and the applicable storage price. This made it possible to track every object clearly throughout its time in storage.
